Well, I picked this up today;

A proper heavy duty telescopic vice mount for my van. Sadly I didn't have the measurements before purchase, and after a couple hours outside sweating and swearing, it ain't gonna fit! There's loads of places it *could* fit, if I had another few inches here, or a few inches there, but my van is so tightly packed as it is, to get it to fit in a workable position, I'd end up sacrificing too much space I need for other things. Curses!

However, it was only cheap, so I'll just relist it on eBay and hope I can sell it for a few quid more than I paid, so as to break even after the fuel cost going to pick it up.....

This arrived yesterday morning. It's 15" Grizzly planer that belonged my Step-dad's brother and father. Since my Step-uncle passed last week, I was given this out of his shop. The roller stand was built by my step-grandfather. It uses a set of wheels off an old corn planter and a pivoting axle.

Zeroek - I got these thru my student program from school. I LOVE it here. I live in a neighborhood with lots of old people. Its quite and peaceful.

Coolguy83 - My snap on guy is in Washington D.C. Name is Eric Franco.

85FourEyedGT - I was tired of my spark plug socket staying in the engine. At first I was only going to buy 3/8 drive, but then It became more of an impulse buy.

It's chunky but I've been using it to R&R the dash in my F150. Has worked perfectly except for a couple of fasteners that were almost impossible to get to no matter what the tool was

just got an old snap on kr562 toolbox in REAL good shape. I was looking to coat the drawers with bedliner. I found a thread on this site and decided I wanted to join. wow I've seen so many really cool tools in one place before. I also just got a couple new trays of snap on stuff. I might have to post some pics myself.

You'll like it. I've been using the hell out of my 1/4 version for the past week.
