They make 2 sets that look just like that one is cr v and one is cr mo. The cr mo is the way to go part number starta with cm.

Finally, after much awaited decision making I broke into the Milwaukee club. Came with a 2nd free xc4.0 battery that is on the charger. Out the door for 170.

these are the CR V, the extra 60 bucks for the CR MO i figured il just replace the common sizes with top brand if and when they do blow out but the last set I had was CR V and they never once blew out.

Finally got my Armstrong 1-1/4 wrench that I ordered from the hot deals section. Its my first armstrong product and it seems really nice! Good quality and finish plus American made. Also the $20 price tag helped :rocker:

Same here! I ordered them for my shop from McMaster-Carr. They don't even specify a brand or COO, I guess they just send whatever they have. I'm my case then sent Armstrong. Cool!

Birthday gift from my fiance, last set in the store made in the U.S.A. This is the perfect set for someone just getting started with tools. It fill all the holes my combo wrenches had. 3/16"-1" and 5mm to 20mm. Would like to get 21mm-25mm soon.

We'll see how that works out when Sears closes it doors for good within the next couple of years.
You beat me to it.
I'd currently go with something along the lines of Gearwrench or Kobalt and feel safer. Also anything "Apex" is likely to outlive us all.

I want to see you put that 2 3/16 in that Hazet box :D
I've been looking for one of those boxes. Are they in the USA anywhere ?

Yeah man that's quite a wrench. ;-) Armstrong too..I ordered it for work through McMaster-Carr and was pleasantly surprised -- they don't tell you who the tool manufacturer is gonna be, ya know?

I bought that cantilever box from a guy on eBay (edzerox - 100%) located in Hemet, CA. Even though his location is in SoCal, my item shipped from South San Francisco for some reason and I got it the next day (I live in the Bay Area). Was in original Hazet box. Gotta oil the hinges.

I had to bite the pillow on these SK NOS wrenches. $140, Kinda expensive but they will probably never be produced again. ASFAIK Gearwrench doesn't plan on making them. Don't know of any other manufacturer that makes these deep offset ratcheting wrenches. In the U.S. or overseas.
