Buy a extension set get a winter coat free! And this awesome little pocket screwdriver

Since my S-O guy just retired, I'll have to ask whoever takes over his route about this offer, since I wanted to buy an extension set anyway.

That might just be an offer that that particular dealer offered. There are offers that snap on comes out with that the drivers do but all the drivers have the ability to make their own deals and specials
Take those limited edition reversible mini screwdrivers....some got some of those in and just decided to sell them individually. My guy decided to put them with a BBQ set and offer them for free with any 8pc screwdriver and 4pc mini set bought

Can you upload a shot of this with a regular SO screwdriver, just for size comparison? I'd like to invest in a ratcheting screwdriver, but I don't want a bulky one.

I don't have any of the instinct grips but here it is with a ph2 hard handle, ph2 witte nature, a 2aa mini mag and a gearwrench offering. all ratcheting screwdrivers are a bit on the bulky side but snap on happens to be the best and a little less bulky than the gw. Sunnex has a gearless "ratcheting" screwdriver which is a bit lighter than these two and is a great tool when 1 degree is all you turn lol.

Here is a close up of the new screwdriver a few have commented on. Honestly probably not going to use it at least for a while to keep it pretty in case they don't keep them coming out. My driver told me that a few of them just appeared in his last order and that he couldn't order them specific, at least currently.
That is gorgeous. For the fact my black one gets so filthy I can barely read the white lettering, that would live in the electrical drawer with all the clean tools (and probably still never get used).:lol_hitti

If I remember to bring mine home I'll get you a picture this next week. Go with the Snap-On (or the blue Williams version of it - WRS-1). Not bulky at all, and they pretty much make regular drivers obsolete. I picked up the T-handle as well, and will be getting a stubby.
EDIT: I see "gagreen" beat me to it while I was typing.

Craftsman re-branded Kinpex Cobras, some USA made snap ring pliers and a #3 phillips. For all the flipping out about Sears not being USA, I don't buy wrenches and have a hell of a time finding Craftsman stuff not made in the USA or even better, Germany.

nice purchases man. You are gonna love those screwdrivers. A question though, are those long tools for radiator hose used much or no?

Some new stuff from the flea market. Those Napa sockets I realized they are actually Sunnex. Magnetic. Paid $20 for the set new. They still have a ton of those in 3/8" and 1/2". They also sell all 3 in sets for $90.

I personally dont see the need for rad hose picks i just use a large flat tip screwdriver to lift the hose away from the flange and combination pliers,

Too sharp for my liking around rad hoses... maybe just me.

I'll just bump this up for those in need of pry bars.

Ollie's is again this year clearencing Richard Brand Canuk pry bars. (Or ree-chard, if in Canada.)

$12.99 USD for three.
8", 12" and 18".

List price they say is $52.98 USD but they are on .ca sites for $24.99CAN

Striking cap.
Soft Grip.
Made in Canada.

What's not to like?

Beat on them like a HF bar with no remorse.

Bought a set for me and my Secret Santa this year.
Win-win.
And canukian and the .ca folks get my money for a change.
It feels... so..um....odd. LOL

That sounds like a challenge

They have some thousand dollar guarantee I see on their site.

durallymax, I have absolutely no use for a sledge that size, but damn if I don't want one.

It's not one to use all day long, just for those jobs you really need a BFH. I just got done with some treatments and lost most of my strength, I can barely lift the thing to swing it lol.

Just curious where did you pick up the plier rack from. Thanks

I use my radiator hose picks daily.

Some new stuff from the flea market. Those Napa sockets I realized they are actually Sunnex. Magnetic. Paid $20 for the set new. They still have a ton of those in 3/8" and 1/2". They also sell all 3 in sets for $90.

I have a handful of the NAPA impact sockets, they have been good.

Lots of areas the hose picks come in handy where you cant fit a screwdriver. I tore more hoses with the flathead than with these, just have to be cautious when using them, always make sure the tip is scratching the metal inside and not stabbing through the hose. Slotted screwdriver is wider which can lead to some cuts.

Stopped at sears for some more socket organizers, picked up a Greenlee crimper and some micro wrenches. I like the Greenlee better than the snap on because they actually put the crimpers the right way. I'm a believer that the insulated terminal crimp spot should be closer to the fulcrum because they are much harder to crimp than non insulated. Used them side by side for a bit yesterday and like the Greenlee setup better, its also smoother. Now I just need to cut the wire cutter off the end and it'll be perfect.

I bought this at a local garage sale simply because it says ford. Looks like they ebay for alot more than I paid.

I'm not quite sure why i bought this. The sockets are mostly SK with some husky and a few craftsmen. The extension is as husky, while the little bar is a craftsmen.

Now you guys got my curiosity going, whats the most practical/used rad hose pick?
I might just have to try em out
Basically if you look at his picture top to bottom is almost my order of use. I use the one that's at the "top" the most. I got the set on $99 special a couple years ago.

Use them for a few other things too.
