I ordered a bunch of pocket screwdrivers. For the price I figured I might as well order a few extras, since all my other small screwdrivers seem to have gone missing.

Swear to god was just reading about this bike moments before reading this. Article stated that only around 50 of these were made. If that is true good luck to you with this project.

I'm not sure about production numbers, but 1958 might have been the last year they made the M75 with production not being very many. They're definitely harder to find parts for than the more popular 600cc slopers.

I have been eyeing this impact for a while and finally pulled the trigger. Very happy with it so far. So much torque for a ratchet design

How much torque does it put out? Do you think it's better than the Milwaukee variant?

I just picked this kit up to find that pesky turbo leak. This kit pressurizes the system to help you find leaks within the turbo piping etc. Smoke is probably the best way these days, but I can't justify the cost for a smoke machine for my use at home. This kit is as simple as disconnecting a turbo system hose, plugging up one side and and pumping air from a compressor into the other. The different sizes makes it quite easy and the supplied regulator makes sure that you don't over do it.

The supplier/brand is Endeavour Tools (Australia). I bought it at a Total Tools Store (Australia).. I am guessing that it is made in Taiwan. I had seen custom made set-ups but not in a tool kit before.

Had a nice little surprise when i walked into the shop on sunday, in the form of a small blue box! the guy who owns the building said he had it sitting over in a different part of the building where someone is moving out of and didnt want it walking off so he put it in my shop so it would get some use. i had been eyeing them out the last few months but couldnt justify one for how much i would probably use it. going to order some new tips and electrodes for it this week so i can start futzing around with it and find something to use it one.

As threatened, I got a set of The Evull Komposite ratchets. I agree with you wrenchers. They aint bad at all. be foolish not to own a set at the price they give them away for..

I also needed a set of offset box combos in metric for an oven rebuild. Instead of giving GearWrench the extra 20% I always go straight to the manufacturer that makes GW tools !
I suppose I could have got them off the Matco truck for triple the price with 15 year financing :headscrat.
That's one kickass Cordura sack too. The metric swivel combo ratchet wrenches will be in Wed.

I bought one of these Sunnex boxes off eBay a couple years ago. With a die grinder I opened up a few more holes so I could store my long 1/2 drive breaker bars.

I'm confused by the SO website your link takes me to buy1.snapon(dot)com, but searching or "adding to cart" on that site redirects me to store.snapon(dot)com, where that PN is not found. What's the deal? Is SPP46BOK available? Is the buy1.snapon site an old defunct snapon store?

Thanks
It's been like that since they updated to the new site.

That's a pretty set of offsets, there. If I didn't already have a set of Craftsman Pros and a set of Protos, my addiction would have my credit card out.

Love Sunday Amazon deliveries.

No kidding! I once was sitting on my couch in my boxers watching the Sunday morning football game and was browsing amazon for something I needed for work. Said "order within the next 7 minutes to get it today!"; I was like what?

I clicked on "Get it today for $3.50" and ta-daa. It was at my doorstep before the halftime of the afternoon game. ;-)

Holy sheet. I thought free two day shipping and cheap 1 day was bad ****. Getting a little creepy how fast and easy amazon is. You gotta be careful with that one click, they only give you 30 minutes to cancel lol.

Tarheel. That just goes to show like i say all the time. Just because it says made in u.s.a. Doesnt meen its good. Same goes for made in tiawan doesn't meen its ****. I own a slew of wrenches from tons of diff brands and never broke one. Even my gear wrenches have been good. That does **** though i like those wrenches and was thinking about buying a set. Now might just think twice.

Yeah, disappointing to say the least in the quality of these wrenches.

My theory as to the poor quality:

In order to keep production in the USA, compromise has to be made somewhere in the production process. Labor is the highest cost to any USA manufacturing. In order to keep the cost down, QC (human) in cut/severely reduced/eliminated for USA made product.

Now, if these were made in China, the labor, being much cheaper, would not have caused QC to be eliminated and possibly a more consistent (better) product would be producted.

Hence, the price you pay for made in USA tools/goods....

Picked up some stuff during the latest Friends and Family sale from Sears. A few gifts, a few backups, and a few things to play with. Pretty good deals too. Basically $85 after coupons and points back.
