Got this delivered today. Popped the casters in and had to try it out to see how comfortable it is . . . spent the next 5 minutes sliding around the garage, haha.

Though it's the first creeper I've bought, its a lot nicer than cheaper one's I've used at friend's and family's houses.

The most impressive tool in the entire kit as the 13" 1/2 drive ratchet.

Nice.
Rough as in the gear/guts?
If so,open it up and add some grease.I do this with every new ratchet weather it sounds like it needs it or not.

i did open it up... mine has some bad machining on the inside... i lost the QC dice roll his time

Some things I would like to note about SK rachets.
1. They dont make high tooth ratchets. they achieve a low arc swing and smoth motion by increasing the amount of ratchet tabsinsite the ratchet. by doing this they do not sacrifice strength at all. I will try to get you a picture of the teeth in comparison with a snap on and craftsman ratchets. Mac Ratchets copied the SK brand years ago.
2. As soon as you pick up a SK tool you know you are hold a high grade professional tool. You can really tell the difference between the SK and Craftsman 1/2 inch drive sockets.
3. The screwdriver handles are enormous and very sturdy. I would venture to say that their screw drivers are the best amond all the brands except maybe snapon.
4. of all the wrenches I have used these SK wrenches are the nicest looking and have a feel and balance similar to the big four tool brands.(Snap on, Matco, Mac and Cornwell)
5. Note that I bought these tools from Amazon so any packaging damage I blame on their ware house crew. Also this is how I was able to procure so many tools at such a reasonable price. Full price these tools would have ran me around 2800 bucks. You cannot get a service set near this size from the snap on man. LOL

Meant like this. Looks like SK wrenches do not feature that technology. I'm sure they're still great wrenches.

http://toolguyd.com/anti-slip-wrenches/

Yeah, They are plain jane wrenches in that regard.

They do however make a really serious ratcheting wrench. Ill look and see if they have any special features.

Oh and I e-mailed them and told them what I bought, asked them to mail me some decals and a catalog and they were happy to do it. They did not charge me anything for the decals. That Just bought them some brand loyalty right there. My next purchase will be some MAC double boxed end knuckle savers.

The pliers are heavy and have excellent joints on them. No more than .2mm play side to side. They are robust and very stable in your hand. The allen sockets have a huge range and have a smart very sharp contact edge.

On a side not I did buy a JH williams 3/8 drive flex head ratchet.

And a Keter Roling tool box.

Had to go to Lowes for some blinds for the garage and got suckered in by one of the checkout displays.

These long neck Irwin/Vice Grip pliers were $19.00 less my 10% discount and they seem really well made for Chinese. They will be just fine for the farm and for any home hobbiest and I am pretty pleased with them.

Who knows?
Haven't had a chance to use them yet, but I have a motor mount that I need to swap out this weekend. They look to be nice quality with 90 teeth on the ratcheting ends. For some reason though the offsets are on the same side of my 16mm/18mm wrench.

Very nice! These are on my short list. I didn't know they came in a tray.

New air hammer came in today :)

Nice. That looks really similar to the Matco air hammer I have. . You're going to really like it. It's a beast and I have no complaints with it. I've been using it for about 2 years now and the only problem is that it beats the hell out of the bits and they break in half all the time. But that's what warranty is for haha.

I love you right now. :bounce: I just had a used 633C delivered from fleabay today. If it's a no-go, I'll order that guy right up. I really do appreciate it.

My pleasure, and I know you're going to like the drill press. I picked up a used 16 1/2" Delta a few years ago and tell myself to sell the Craftsman, but I just can't do it.
