Got this ratchet and extension set yesterday. The extension set would've been $125 by themselves. Or I could buy this stupid long ratchet for $123 and it came with the extensions free.

My Cornwell guy got these at a tool rally a couple weeks ago. Not a bad deal. Can definitely see myself using this.
But since it's so small, time to throw out the old big guy.

You'll love that impact. I have a similar one. It's an M7 brand whatever that is. But the sockets are identical so probably the same supplier. But you'll want to keep your IR for some stuff. I have an IR7150 and 2350 and they both have more grunt than the little impact. But it's nice to have that low profile sucker.

There is a database issue to which the manufacture (Midtronics) has no solution for.... once they come up with a solution that unit has no data port so it will have to be shipped back to manufacture for an update.
Just check the battery you checking has a known AH rating, and then see what the tool shows for that in the database when you run a test. I do motorcycle batteries and at least one of the batteries I commonly test is wrong in the database, that screws up the results showing a partially discharged battery when in fact it is fully charged and serviceable..
I've only tested regular 12V batteries so far, works good.
Been wanting to try one of the matco 88s great deal on ebay so well see how this goes![]()
This is actually the 3/8 BFR88TG it's great love the shape still up in the air with the teeth...guess I'm just used to the snap on dual 80..but so far it works great!!I love how thin the heads are on this 1/4 ratchet. I like the grip option too, because without it the tiny handles of the 1/4 metal handles are too uncomfortable.

Would that happen to be the kms in Coquitlam? If so you REALLY **** because I was there yesterday morning and didn't see that...Went to KMS tools today and i always check out the back section for clearance and damaged items. Saw a red box, CTA 4012 inner tie rod set with no price on it. Manager came over and said the blow mold case had 2 small holes in it and couldn't sell it new. I asked how much, he said 20 bucks. Bought it and a made in USA hammer bit. Not sure what the kit was worth, but i'm sure it's more than 20 bucks.

What is this?
It is an oil funnel it is turned upside down, the top in the photo connects to the valve cover where the oil cap goes. What I like is the trolly that it's sitting on, maybe the owner can elaborate on the trolley![]()
Thats a deal!
Did you ever post drawer pics of your box? Its a sweet setup.
Would that happen to be the kms in Coquitlam? If so you REALLY **** because I was there yesterday morning and didn't see that...
you can never have too many tools

Well victoria is my local store, so you still ****LOL, no. Was victoria location. Their back room has more stock than the front of the store![]()
Those are some interesting looking levels. Did you consider sola and stabila as well?

Oh boy, all new matching levels. Other then needing a new 6ft'r, I just had to get the whole set, I just wish they also had a torpedo level as well...LMAO
![]()
I have a couple stabila that are perfect. Considering I no longer make a living with this stuff, I can't justify the cost. I just thought since these were so inexpensive, fug it, I'll get a matching set.
BTW, that bouncy end guard thing is a trip, not exactly sure I like it either just yet.
