Price was stout. I think it was ~$340.00, Eastwood had a small sale that was less than Amazon.
Was considering a Mastercool set, but read varied reviews and decided on this one.

snap on 95th anniversary edition impact/screwgun...and they actually seem to be worth a **** so far
just how fragile are those comfort grips? nearly every used one i've seen has looked like it's been used as a chew toy
Those are the baby Snap On guns. I don't know what your looking to do with them but they are made for light duty stuff. Interior, electrical, around the house type work.

I think he plans on removing lug nuts from Mack trucks with those.

Those snap on 14.4 mini tools are awesome. I have the 3/8 impact, the drill, the 1/4 rAtchet and the light. So much power.

i got the 3/8 ratchet too...seems to me on both it and the screw gun they intentionally turn down the power...like things they both should remove easily they can't...i always get a running start with the ratchet, seems to confuse the torque management system or something haha

no, not the impact, like i said, the impact seems to be doing better than the lithium 7.2 i left on a trans crossmember last year(and honestly didn't miss it much)
i was referring to the 3/8 ratchet...that seems to be under powered to me
I have the 1/4" and the 3/8" impacts like that and the 3/8" is no chump. I use them 2 for everything mostly under the hood stuff at that(Ford tech.)

Mpower5266 good idea. I plan to do the same.
Can you speak on the tolerances of these wrenches? Are they close enough to get the job done?

Got mine for $27. I'd show him $30 and see what happens. How much do those go for. There's a metric set at a flea market here for $40.
They seem ok enough for a $5 set of wrenches. They wouldnt be the first set of wrenches I would grab if I were working on the car in the shop but if I were stuck on the side of the road I imagine they will look like solid gold snapon's.![]()
