Picked up these Craftsman adjustable wrenches (?).

These appear to be NOS (new old stock): never used. I guess in some cases NOS also means "got for Christmas and never opened".

I figure they will make good chisel and punch holders. :)

I got one of those in a tool lot I purchased. I kept it just because. Just for fun I used it to fix my son's bike. It was kind of cheesy, but worked ok. I think if you were limited on space and wanted to keep it in the glovebox as a "just in case" it would be fine. I will keep it as a chisel holder just like you mentioned.

Great Idea on those adjustable wrenches. Where you getting all this from.

New ebay purchase: Snap On 250 ft-lb 1/2" drive torque wrench, 2009, like new in blow-molded case, flawless on the surface. One-quarter the price of new. Good for lug nuts, axle nuts, crank bolts, heavy suspension parts, etc.

Pros: It definitely saves space which for me a is a huge plus as I'm always buying new tools. Its looks and feels well designed and built.

Cons: The magnet is not as strong as I had hoped for. It sits to high up so your tool may not sit very even.

All in all I like it

Just a couple of highlights over the last 2 months or so. I'm working on getting a really solid setup going for home, most of my good stuff is at work. Keep in mind some of these are Princess Auto, some are Canadian Tire brand (always from a great sale) and the others are Snap-on off the truck.
Where did you get that drill bit set?

Wow that's a deal.

Some of their sales can get ridiculous. I got my IR thermometer for 9.99 a year or so ago. Multimeter with an amp clamp for the same price actually.

I try not to buy anything there unless it's on sale for a stupid price.

Nice score on the IR thermometer, I got mine a few weeks ago for 30 bucks down from 100. Not the deal of the century but still a solid deal. I think Canadian Tire sales are the one place we have the Americans beat :)

Craftsman pry bar set, GearWrench ratcheting spanners and Snap-On 3/4 flare nut socket.
The GearWrench will be my first 'modern' ratcheting spanners.

Well I'm finally realizing many of my dad's old tools (now mine) are good USA made Craftsman tools.

This one isn't new but in a way it is to me since I've just pulled it off the shelf and found the whole box to be USA made.

I don't think the set has ever been used. I'll while them down and oil them to keep the corrosion away.

Gotta find something to do with all the o-rings, palnuts, and a/c o-rings

Also need an extra drawer if someone can point me in the right direction.

I think Durham is the manufacturer you want. dripspot on ebay has some Grainger branded ones for 25 bucks approx. Check your dimensions I think there are a few sizes out there.

Okay, some of you are gonna hate me.

A few weeks ago I got a used 3/8 Snap-On TechWrench for $200.00

Well Friday I saw a used 1/2 inch TechWrench on the truck for $250.00. I traded my old Matco clicker style toque wrench for $130.00, so I walked off the truck with a 1/2 inch TechWrench for $120.00
Yaaay me.

Its kinda crazy. I am a body man with three TechWrenches.

Nice! I've been checking into RC trailers out here lately. When I go to buy an enclosed trailer I think it'll be one of theirs.

I think so far that its very good quality. Nice heavy beams and crossbars. This one weighs quite a bit but can I barely feel it being towed. Also the rear ramp/door is constructed from 1/4" thick angle iron. Other ramps I've seen where made from only 1/8" angle.
