I think they are Danaher, now spun off as Apex. The black center piece is typical for their u joint sockets.

I love my Bosch 12v stuff, so tiny yet still has oomph.

I sold all my Milwaukee M12 stuff after getting the brushless screwdriver, then I picked the the LED light, and imported the rotary tool as well. I'm really lusting after their mini brushless angle grinder, that might be my next imported tool. Jigsaw looks awesome and brushless drywall screwgun look great as well.

I got a set of the Wiha needlenose pliers along when I ordered a set of screwdrivers. I think they were made in Vietnam, but they seem very nice.
