I'll be ordering one of those cutters as well. That'd come in handy at work.
I should be alright. Nothing leads me to believe these were abused or off so much that I need to spend the kind of money they want to "check" them.
I checked them against my barely used harbor freight ones and they matched up good with 2 different settings set to each of them. Not saying that it was a super safe bet against the hf ones but they were both about spot on so I trust them.

The fit and finish are very nice for an $8 knife that's made in China.

I like that the blade is held with a screw so there's no blade wiggle.

I like the blade retention, however do you need a tool/driver to replace the blade or does it have a little removable piece that you can use?
be a piss off to break one end, or it becomes dull and you have to find a small flat head just to swap ends.

And after dealing with a multitude of **** *** quick change devices of various levels ****-o-ness I'd happily reach for a screwdriver to change the blade.![]()

Please report back on that bearing greaser, I need to pick one up soon. Thanks!

Firworks, that is a **** vise! I could see painting it turquoise with white trim, like a 57 chevy.
Used the bearing greaser today. Wow way nice than packing the bearing by hand. And way cleaner also.

I've been carrying the eab knifes for years. The standard is a little smaller, I clip to my pocket. A dime or penny works perfect to change the blade around. I run the Irwin blades myself. Best ones I've ever ran were the Lennox with the titanium edge.

I don't think so man. That looks like the older, original version to me.
Nice trailer Kunk! I have larger trailers, but having something I can unfold and pull out of the garage to hook up when my wife wants to to yard sale shopping is very appealing.
No need to bother with a heavier trailer as I can pull this one to the vehicle, slap some sides on and go! I think you're going to use it waaaaay more than thought you would.
I will quadruple your investment on that and give you $4, we can split the shipping.![]()

I broke my C.M. vice for the last time, got me a new vice, and I like it
