Awesome tools. Have a look at https://www.tradetools.com/search?ProductSearch=force in Australia. Force is one of the in-house brands. Awesome private company out here.

Hello.
I know that FORCE is not a professional tool. I only use self-service of my cars.
In Ukraine, I have paid a little cheaper. 25 Ukrainian hryvnia = 1 USD.
5047P1 FORCE LONG NOSE STRAIGHT PLIER 11''/280MM - 367UkrHr = 14.68$
5047P2 FORCE LONG NOSE 45 DEGREE BENT PLIER 11" / 280MM - 367 Ukr Hr = 14.68$

I saw this face shield at Harbor freight for $13. I looked at it inspected it and it looks exactly like the one that we have at work that my boss bought from a higher-end retailer, so we're gonna test this out and see.

With 20% off it was like 11 dollars.

I think a good test would be to use it as a cup, that way if the genius that thinks it is as good as a name brand one finds out it fails we won't have to worry about procreation. ;)

Got a nice 1/2 ton air hoist for free from work today. Works fine, but the chain is just starting to show wear so they pulled it from service. Now I just got to hang it.

OTC Slide Hammer, Lang/Kastar 48-piece Thread Restorer kit, WISS Aviation Tin Snips, and an OTC 30" Jimmy Bar that came for free with the slide hammer purchase. Not sure what I'll use it for though..

Snap on metric stud remover/installer kit. Works bitchin. VIM Tools tappet wrenches. Actually a pretty nice set. Snap on spring tools, files, and 24" "ratcheting breaker bar" lol. Love it. 7f206c07a8c974a2907b8745157c7f62.jpgce88c042f888b4dbadc3b1e1cac5250d.jpg6ee29eab805476d3632f71ecd416994a.jpgbe769a69f5555270828418e54c2641d4.jpg

To be honest, I don't even know how to use it yet!!

A buddy is having voltage problems on his car, and I want to see if we can figure it out...

I am mostly gathering tools while I am working, they will be for retirement projects!!

I did get a sweet deal on it!!

Haha, great minds think alike  I too have been collecting tools while extremely busy at work, hoping one day when I have all the free time in the world is when I'll be using them. Although already I'd need a couple of shipping containers to get everything shipped to what will likely be a rural retirement ranch with a big pole barn shop. I'm probably at least 10yrs from that

Wow, you stole those!
...he has a good eye for tools, and that sure worked to your advantage. :D

Some things I purchased recently

Thanks, I am going back tomorrow, this is one of those once in a lifetime opportunities, plus the estate sale people don't have a clue what they are worth

Needed a quarter inch extension and ended up with more plus the cute associate's phone number. She said she's off tomorrow...I guess that's a hint[emoji41]

M18 Fuel brushless Gen 2 combo....replacing my tired Ridgid combo set that I picked up on Black Friday in 2012. I put that combo through hell in the last 4 years. I'll be sending the drill and driver out for repair/replacement under the lifetime warranty, but I couldn't be without the tools in the meantime.

Just finished assembling this new beast. I've been saving canadian tire bucks for a year and a half and it finally went on sale.

Very nice! I have told my family that's what I need for Fathers Day since we have a ton of renovations / woodworking projects coming up. I've been trying to decide on a stand like that or one of the Ron Paulk style knock down tables.

All this for $33:

Went to a garage sale this morning, old contractor had passed away, garagejournal paradise, the amount of quality tools available for cheap was insane, from the garage to basement, 1st floor, 2nd floor, might have to go back tomorrow

100% quality right there man. Glad you got a score, but I sure hope it wasn't one of ours!

Well it's a tool, just not one for the garage. Got my new DeWalt brushless 20v trimmer from Acme Tools today. Nice promo right now for an extra $100 20v battery free with purchase.

I got one of those as a wedding present. I love that thing. Definitely perfect for a homeowner with a smallish yard.

Excellent battery life and the toughest string I've ever seen.
