Neat, I wonder who makes that.
2 great setsI just picked up Snap-on's RTD48 Rethreading Kit and CJ2001P Bolt Grip Puller Set. Looking to get the tap and die set and extractor set next.

I prefer my Ideal T-Strippers for wire stripping.

Which local industrial supply place do you go to?Here are some tools I picked up during the last week:
Local industrial tool supply:
Lisle Model #14700 Low Profile Oil Filter Socket (Made in China)
This particular socket will remove the cartridge style oil filters from Ecotec engines out of Saturn Ions 2003-2007 and Chevy Cruzes 2011-2015. Please check out this Amazon link for other car makes and models this oil filter socket is compatible: LINK.

Channellock 6" Thin Jaw Adjustable Wrench (Made in Spain)
This is the type of tool I like to buy in person. I was able to try out the 6 units in stock for side-to-side and up-and-down jaw wobble with my hand. There was slight to no wobble with the 6 units. In addition, I was able to pick out the best unit with regards to jaw alignment.

Menards:
Knipex 7-1/4" Long Pliers Wrench (Made in Germany)
Since the Menards price was slightly lower than the HomeDepot.com (for the lowest price on the internet) for this item, I purchase the pliers here. Again, this is the kind of tool I like to buy in person to pick out the best unit with regards to jaw alignment. In addition, I wanted to take advantage of Menards 11% rebate that ended yesterday.

HomeDepot.com:
Channellock 9.5" High Leverage Cutting Pliers (Made in the U.S.)
The pliers' strengths are in removing staples, nails, and cotter pins due to their angled outer head design and long handles.

Brownsfan,
I think you have been to this one before. I purchased the above tools from Lakeshore Tool & Equipment in Lorain.

Nice Wilde set.
I like the look of that Wilde set as well.
I like that. Wonder if it is Snap-On pricing or Lego pricing if you wanted to buy one.
Gonna have to check that place out!

Gonna have to check that place out!
dodge610 I saw the 6 piece set on sale for $19.99 and was tempted. Let us know how they are!

Just delivered. Super nice, appears very well made. Should get to use it tomorrow. Made in USA, of course.
I really like my StLP die grinders. I've been considering getting a cutoff and possibly and air hammer. Did you get it straight from StLP?

Yes, I ordered it from them just a few days ago. Free, fast shipping.
I also wanted a 90* die grinder and a straight die grinder. But I couldn't find much of anything on the internet or even this site on them--good or bad. So I bought the cheapest of the three tools I wanted from them and figured I'd give it a go. If it works as well as it feels and looks, I'll be ordering the other two tools I want shortly.
I have a straight and a 90 degree die grinder from them. Granted I don't use them all that often they work great. I really like them. They also have stuff available online through Home Depot for cheaper.
