that is really cool

I hope to find a struggling, in debt mechanic one day and purchase one of these from him!
How much are these new? They have always appealed to me.

Getting harder and harder to find American Made tools - even from major U.S. tool makers. The battery and maybe charger I could see being made in Asia, but the whole thing? Sign of the times I guess...
True dat.....I love American made tools and will support American manufacturing whenever I can however cordless power tools are not one of the instances where I find that possible. Other times it is that cost vs. value vs. frequency of use makes a solid import option the best option. Sunex and Gearwrench come to mind.Milwaukee is not even an American company anymore, they're owned by a Chinese super conglomerate. This isn't anything new, you have to go back 15-20 years to really find USA made power tools. Honestly, I don't see why it even matters. Power tools on the market now are better than ever, regardless of COO.
Not a bad idea, I remember a couple times having to smash the **** out of them with the sledge hammer until they cracked almost in half to get them off. This would definitely come in handy

Bahco makes them and Snap On rebrands it. Go look on ToolsDelivered.com for pricing. I watched a toolbox tour video on YouTube where the guy compared the two and the Snap On pliers had "Bahco" forged right in the handle.I hope to find a struggling, in debt mechanic one day and purchase one of these from him!

Right - I'd say they are somewhere between vise grips and a pipe wrench. The harder you pull, the stronger they bite in. I bought the medium sized pair first and had if for a year or so and finally decided to get the big ones.

I'd love to see pictures of it, and thank you sir! Admittedly I probably over paid for it at $50 but I have a thing for SK tools, plus I got it loaded up today and it fits my needs perfectly so I'm happy. I can't find any solid info on the date from the logo the closest I have found is a company that sells repop logos that claims 1930-1940s. But with the condition it's in I won't dare touch it.Nice, I just picked up a newer one of those a few weeks ago. Yours is in much better condition though.

Picked up a few things the past couple days. A Milwaukee impact to replace one that walked off, with boot. A stick light, and a charger. Fluke 115 off a buddy for $30
and got this Proto 3/4" drive socket set with drive tools and case for $300 from a coworker..... He barely even touched any of the sockets.
