Bought these a couple months ago for a similar price. The 13mm broke on my first use and no longer ratchets. Reminds me, I need to look into warranty.
lol that's not good. Hopefully it was a fluke and you get it replaced!

New guy here, but I can already tell that this thread is going to be bad news for my pocketbook.
What does everyone think of Tekton?

Saw these and they looked good enough that I couldn't pass them up for the price.
They used to be, and some stuff still is, but they've really become a value leader.

More of a supply than a tool, but I think I'm good on hose clamps for a while.
I needed a hose clamp last weekend and Autozone wants nearly a dollar a piece for the tiny cheese-grade imports. I never have any when I need them. Problem solved.
Ditto for me man. What was your source?
Amazon. Someone here posted it a while back, and the price was mid 80s. I happened to look last week and it was ~$65. Looking at the price history on camelcamelcamel.com, I figured it wasn't going any lower and jumped. Its now back in the 80s again.

I like all those blue locking pliers I see in the background.

I think the graphics are ugly as sin, but nothing some use and maybe some stickers will cover up.![]()

No joke. Somehow all the truck brands get stuck 20 years behind with anything with specialty graphics. The amount of free hats with goofy flames, barbed wire and tribal **** I've tossed out over the years is staggering.Yeah, Snap-On needs to fire everyone in their art graphics department that came up with the designs they put on their welding hoods.![]()

I noticed that too.
That's a ton of Vice Grips

Thanks, I was planning on it.^^ Good deal, get a few batteries for backup

Socket roll on indiegogo... great concept, too bad they don't have different options on what sizes you'd want to store.
