Miller Dynasty 280DX. The only thing missing is the water cooled torch.

I can't see any photobucket pictures, using a mac and several browsers. Can anyone link me to a known solution? Thanks.

The only solution is for the person who owns the photobucket account to pay the $400 or whatever ransom that photobucket demands to allow third party linking, i.e., posting images stored there to a site like GJ. I believe there is a sticky thread at the top of this forum or the Free Parking forum where it was discussed in depth when it happened several months ago.

I've been on a bit of a Blackhawk kick recently. I just used the craftsman 1/4" for scale to show how small the head is on this ratchet. The 3/8" sockets came with a rail, but I am using it on some deep wells and stick this Kobalt to the side of my tool cart. I have been pretty impressed so far other than the small and seemingly random orientations of the stampings. This makes it impossible to line up all the sizes on a spring clip style holder (one reason I ditched it). Ratchet seems very nice I will update after use.

My local Home Depot put out their black Friday/Christmas stuff in the last few days so I stopped by to see what was there.. Ended up leaving with this for $70! The new Dewalt DWST11556 folding workbench. I'm currently renting a townhouse so this is perfect for my needs. Says it's rated for 1000 lbs, seems nice and sturdy!

Finally made the leap and bought myself a TIG. HTP Invertig221, this is the dual voltage model with the water cooled 20 series torch. I also bought the Harbor Freight Vulcan cart/cabinet it's sitting on. This machine is the real deal, and any issues I have welding with it will be operator related, not machine related. Really excited to use it more and the people a USAweld were great to deal with.

Long overdue upgrade. Harbor freight is going to my brother while I use my new Sunex 6602LP. Seems to be extremely well built so it should last quite a while here.45d1060a8ffc8818620cbccc60056a1a.jpg

Picked up a Milwaukee deep cut porta band yesterday, and put together a little stand for it. Cut out half a dozen blades to test it out, and I'm pleasantly surprised. I actually prefer it to the full sized delta vertical metal saw184586e1b30059e4eb18e1c621994bb1.jpg179dc89bdf81a7c33f960961095776db.jpg

I like the reach that Sunex 6602LP has but at only 2tons idk. Let us know how it holds up. I really could use one with that sort of reach.

I have that 120xp set and it worked very well for quite some time. The Dual 80 is a more confident ratchet in the configuration (specially 3/8) you have but the 1/4 Gearwrench is my all time fav.

I've been using that 2 ton Harbor Freight for almost 5 years without hiccup so I can't imagine I'll have any issues with the Sunex. And that's been lifting my Silverado 1500, my mom's Tahoe, and my friends F350s. The extra lift height definitely won't hurt either.

Got my order from Chads Toolbox in today, it only took 6 weeks too! I heard they could be slow but good god, I had completely forgotten about them before today. Glad to finally have the 10" pair of Pliers-Wrench, I've pushed my 7" pair well beyond what I should've. Def one of my favorite tools.64005a36c63aa47f9413aebd48a4038e.jpg

It's been quite a while since I've taken the time to post here; here's what I've bought over the last six weeks or so. It's kind of a lot...

View media item 76440
M18 2767, Snap-on CTR761, some gasket scrapers, that damn 19mm swivel the set doesn't include, and a Streamlight holder. The ratchet and the impact are both absolute killers, and I did get a chance to play with the M12 Fuel ratchet before I bought the Snap-on. The M12 still didn't feel as strong as I would like.

View media item 76436
Snap-on flank drive plus, 10-19mm. I've already run into two occasions where the open end of these busted loose a fastener that my coworker's Matco had started to round. I'm convinced, they're worth the money for professional use.

View media item 76443
Picked up the Snap-on line wrenches - I keep hearing that they really are the best, so, well. My Snap-on guy is $280 richer. I also added the 21 and 22mm to the FDP set.

View media item 76444
The gasket scrapers are in another picture as well, there's some overlap for insurance pics, but I cherry picked three of the hose picks that seemed most useful, as well as one of the trim pad tools. I'll need to get the larger trim tool as well.

View media item 76441
Sunex line wrench crows feet and magnetic impact sockets, some Lang pinch off pliers, and some pawn shop Snap-on pliers

View media item 76442
It's about damn time I bought my own filter cups, so I went for the bigger 17 pc. set.

View media item 76438
GP 1/2" swivels, another pawn shop score. Well loved, but I have a local tool store that warranties GP. Couldn't pass it up for $20.

View media item 76437
Fluke 179 kit, another pawn shop score. Some of the leads are a little tired, and I've been eyeing the TLK281 kit. That'll likely be coming soon, or maybe the Pamona equivalent.

View media item 76439
Finally got my own spill free funnel, Napa had them on sale.

View media item 76445
I've found that I prefer Snap-on pliers over Knipex for anything other than the dikes, Cobras, and Pliers wrenches, so a lot of the Knipex is going home. I got these Channellocks from my Matco guy, actually the only Channellock tool I own. I'll be using them alongside my Snap-on slip joints; we'll see who winds up at home.

My wife noticed I added brackets to the front of my table saw to hold the fence when not in use... she was impressed with the "hooks"... so she ordered a bunch extra for me via Amazon... and informed me about it as I was opening the box from Amazon today...

She said... "Oh yea... I ordered you a box of HOOKERS... "

I took a close look at the box and sure enough... there was a label on the box... "THIS SIDE UP"... (see WTF thread)
