Carlyle extra long wrenches
Man those are good looking wrenches. What was the damage?
Where'd you get the calipers from? I'm skeptical of getting Mitutoyos from Amazon as some fakes get through.
got some end of the year Snap-on goodies:
My first real ratchet.![]()
Got this same set several months ago. Great for the price.Got a Gearwrench 1/2" metric set from my brother two weeks ago. Went to use it yesterday. When you see it....
Spring Tools are very nice tools. Made in USA with lifetime warranty. I've been using the two sets below. The 5 piece metal working set I use often at work. It includes Combination *****/Center Punch, Self Centering Punch, HSS Center Punch, Cold Chisel, Ping Dent Hammer. The other set is a 4 piece long pin punch set. They are both very helpful when working in an area that can't get a hammer into easily. On aircraft structures this is a common problem. You won't be disappointed, they hit very hard.I saw this being used on an old Jesse James Austin Speed Shop show. It’s leaves a deep impression if you like but the visibility with the small diameter tip is exceptional.

(I don't know the name in English...help!)...
After replacing two batteries this week that couldn't hack a week straight of single digit temps, battery testing is going to become a regular maintenance item with this USA made tool. By sheer luck, I happened to be home for both battery failures so the inconvenience was minimal. If you consider changing batteries outside when its 6* and windy to be minimally inconvenient.![]()
Email GW/Apex with those pictures and they'll most likely send you the correct socket. I had the same happen with a new SK set, and they made it right with just an email.picture is not great in first post - but the "no skips" set went 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 23, 24, 25...
I decided not to return it - it's heavy and shipping would be a biotch. I already had a Kobalt 22mm impact in my inventory so all is good. Anyone need a 23mm GW 1/2" drive impact socket?
