I needed some T-handled allen wrenches for the trailer tool box. WHile I was getting them, I figured I might as well grab a set of Metric along with the SAE set I was going to buy. I picked up this Allen combination set from Sears with tax (minus 79¢ in points) for just over $20.
I also wanted to grab a dead blow hammer (rare use) for the trailer also so no need to spend big money so I stopped by HF and played their game. I used the 20% off and free gift and had the wife do the same. We walked out with a 16 & 24 oz dead blow hammers, a 6-n-1 screwdriver (destined for work) and a pack of microfiber cleaning cloths for the trailer also for about $11.
Also stopped by Menard's and picked up a 3lb sledge for $8.99 with a mail in rebate for $6. You might also spot the bottle of anti-seize and Permatex Ultra Black. I have found Menard's to be cheap on some basic garage consumables. It's even better when they run the 11% sale.
