2pk of 48oz deadblows. Guessing one lost a tag and someone bundled the 2. Will be fine for the wood shop
And a 2ft level. Cause it was cheep and it took me 2 weeks to find my other one. Checked and double checked, it seems to be spot on.

I saw the Titans a few days ago when this came up and I went searching; I wasn't sure if they were the same as the MK. The Titan handles look much better than Lisle and the price is about the same for the two pieces.
The handle and tapered head on the wide scraper is the same, and the XL versions match. Could buy a 4pc set of the Titan branded version for what the Matco 2pc set costs.

I just picked up one of these 106pc Gearwrench 1/4 & 3/8 in wrench sets for $99 from HD...

s-l1600.jpg

I didn't really need another socket set per say but I thought it was a really good deal for the money. The set is made in Taiwan so this isn't some cheaply made in china **** and its a pretty complete set. Case could be better and I should have come with a 1/4 and 3/8 universal socket but over all, good kit for the money IMO

Did the same a month or so ago using up HD gift cards from work. Strictly an impulse thing, but works good and fun to have everything match. Case is weak, but it's at home, not in the truck (so I don't have to go to the truck for tools)
Did I mention it all matches?

I picked up a nice 16 inch chain wrench today for about $15 USD. I paid $20 Canadian.

I will be interested in your thoughts on the Matco ones.

Also, if anyone has the Mueller Kueps carbide scrapers, I would be interested in their opinions as well. I am told that is who is making the Matco carbide scrapers and by looking at them as well as the packaging, they sure look nearly identical.
I ordered this set off Zoro a few weeks ago. I still haven't gotten them, but they must be the OEM for Matco. I used a code and paid around $60. They are supposed to come in the tray just like Matco.

"Western Forge" - they were in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Made a ton of stuff for Craftsman as well as many others. No longer in business.

Not a tool per se, but helps me organize mine. They just fit front to back in my Craftsman box. Only bought one as I wasn't sure if it would fit. Going to get another for my pliers/wrenches and maybe more for my DOE wrenches. They are currently $7.99, regular $9.99, through the 13th; in store only.

10 January 2022 Edit: I purchased another pliers rack and got the rest of my pliers stored in it.

I also purchased wrench racks at $14.99 for two sets; not currently on sale. They are polypropylene, hold 20 wrenches each, and have magnets on the bottoms that seem to hold well to the bare drawer. My drawers are about 14.5" front to back and these are 16.1" long. Not the best fit, but it works. The down side was that with the mat in the drawer, the larger rubbed against the overhead. These would work well in a chest with drawers longer front to back and deeper than mine.

Please tell us how you like it once you start using it. Also where to find it. Thanks for sharing
I've had some use with it now. In short, I'm happy with it and I'd buy it again although I did not end up buying a second one like I said. Not cause I didn't like anything about it, just that I'm not sure yet if I will actually need a second one yet.

Sorry, I didn't see when you asked where to find it, I would've linked that earlier. $40 from Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NPKHLKF/?tag=atomicindus08-20

Again good build quality, nice thick alum bottle. Air filling valve is on the bottom so it won't get in the way. Bottle splits in half for easy cleaning. I also fill it with fluid that way instead of from the top cap. I've left it sitting unused for days, absolutely no leaks, no drop in pressure. Filling to the recommended air pressure range, it will run out of fluid before air pressure so that's good.

However, mine out the box did leak from the schrader valve, checked to make sure it was tight. Just before I was about to return for exchange, I decided to replace the valve core just to try & that fixed it. Couldn't see anything wrong with the original valve core, put it back in after inspecting & sure enough it was the cause of the leak. I've got plenty of spares so no big deal & saved me the hassle of getting another one.

The only things I would have liked better is if the spray tip was taller, it will sometimes leave a bit of droplets on the cap ring. Not a big deal but if it was paint that would be annoying. It's not recommended for use with paint anyway. The spray nozzle straw is nice & is metal. But because it's metal there's a chance of bending it if knocked over. Wish it was foldable like some of the other reuseable spray bottles or something for storage on the bottle like a clip or something. Speaking of knocking over, it would have been nice if the bottle was wider & shorter. The long narrow length seems like it would be easy to knock over. I haven't yet though. But again I'm with it for the price I paid. The price for the Hazet branded one, nope.

I’ve been to the orange store of auto parts lol. Napa and Advance didn’t have anything I was looking for and O’Reilly is so unfriendly we don’t even go in there really. Needed the 21mm because no mechanic can be trusted without one lol and my Craftsman China polished lobster claw one spreads the jaws every time I use the open end and I’ve had good luck with Duralast stuff in the past. Got another 13mm too don’t need that unless I’m working on something like Ford or Mopar which is why I got it for those stupid new Ram trucks that have the plug right above the sway bar so a socket won’t go on and I busted my knuckles with a regular sized 13mm. Also picked up a 6 point 10mm as my others are in sets or have disappeared lol and after rounding off one of those 10mm Chevy drain plugs with a 12 point one I figured let me go ahead and get an extra one. Then got shallow and deep 21mm 3/8 drive sockets. Good for many things I might buy some 3/8 impacts soon so hopefully they will include that size but if not at least I’ll have a chrome one. Was going to buy the wrenches from Snap-on but decided to save up for a whole set and just buy these for now plus you always need an extra and can never have too many.

1/4 drive low profile set F3890774-1C0C-4B12-B764-3124E8806AA9.jpeg
What's the kit #, I tried running the number on the foam, didn't come up, I have the low profile sockets but I might be interested in some of the other bits, especially the torx bits if they end up shorter than the Blue Point stuff I have.
I really wish someone would come out with stubby "L" torx wrenches that are shorter than any available, I can cut a hex almost to the bend and it will work, torx, not gonna happen.
