I don’t like them ripping off Knipex designs, but don’t mind a little healthy competition for Snap-on. ;)

I was told, “these aren’t supposed to be on the floor yet”, whatever that means. I had to ask for them; the manager didn’t know they had them.

19.99 and a 25% coupon brought them to 14.99.

I dont have the 8" 96ACF these are copying. Comparison below is my 9" 97ACF, so the tip geometry is slightly different.
The ICON serrations are very well done and mesh well.
The tips touch perfectly at the tip with a hairline gap closer to the pivot.
Im not a HF guy, but initial impressions are good.

Had to run an errand out by a not my normal HF. Last week my local HF didn't have the Icon folding light I wanted to buy with my 10% off coupon. Today this HF had them in stock - I checked on-line first as was suggested here! Going in knowing it's 25% off one item weekend I was able to snag this light for $30.

Figured I would wipe out my credit balance on Amazon. My love of Wera dragged me screaming towards this item. I plan on keeping in my Wera Go Bag... that includes Wera Metric sockets... so I am not concerned it includes "banana sockets". Ratchet can accept sockets AND 1/4" Hex... without an adapter. Out of pocket... $14... plus all my credits. Retail its pricey... $130ish

Tool special from Home Depot. All this for under $100 seemed like a pretty good deal. All US made except the tester and the long nose pliers, but the package said forged in US and finished in Mexico.
What is the link for the deal? Still works?

Looks like they just released these cutters and slip joints as well.
Going back for the cutters today. Saw them last night too. Hadn’t seen them before. The HF associate who rang me up scanned the needle nose, computer paused for a second, and registered. Guy said, I didn’t even know we got those and had them. I haven’t even seen them yet! He was surprised. I wondered the same about the cutters.

Took advantage of the 24% off coupon on the Doyle's and a 25% coupon I got in an email for the Icons.

Great minds think alike. Scored the last pair in the store today with a 25% off coupon 😄. Knocked it down to $15 which is good for what you get.

Noticed. Guess I could have mentioned that. Just had no interest in either of those.

Good deal. No one has posted how much they were.
The long nose and diagonals are each 19.99. We've been using the 25% off and getting them for 14.99.
I mentioned it in the original post #61,167. And Smokeshow posted pics.

I bought three wrenches to round out my SAE set, got them from HJE. 13/16, 15/16, 1. For Christmas my wife got me 2 things off of my Amazon list, Lisle bearing and seal drivers, and a bushing driver kit made for GM transmissions. And I picked this ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning carburetors off of small engines.
