First, let me say I do NOT need any more wrenches and I’m just asking out of curiosity...

Is this brand a low end brand? Where would these have been made? And lastly, how long would these be?

I saw a tool box tour where a guy had a set, but I can’t find anything about them.

Signet just rebrands, most of their stuff is gearwrench

Warranty will be a pain, I tried to warranty a ratcheting wrench for a friend, they wanted me to send it in for inspection

They are based out of Pickering, Ontario

Once a year they open the doors for the public for a 3 day sale, other than that you have to buy through a distributor

Don't waste your time

They are a mid grade taiwanese brand, mostly sold in bulk to industrial companies, along the lines of westward, procore, and jet. Their wrenches aren’t actually the same as gearwrench, at least not any more, but pretty much the same in quality.

Got a single Signet spanner, a 16mm, they are long, quality is ok but nothing special, picked it up used for pennies as had a cheap set for abusing or lending out that was missing the 16mm, not that 16mm gets used much by me. You do see some Signet about in the UK from your usual cheap tool sellers, the mobike vans and the guys that sell at autojumbles etc.

They nothing do with GW or Halfords Pro .
As others have said they mid range taiwan, some stuff better than others but generally well over priced and same or better easily found in same cost range .

You get what you pay for..
I have a few, can only recommend stubby 3/8 qr ratchet and chrome extensions.
Do not buy spanners, brake pipe - had two failed- on one all chrome pealed off, another cracked for no reason and was replaced by warranty, one extra long ring spanner (14mm) replaced 3 times due to being machined off centre and cracking, last replacement was ok.
As above, be better off with halfords advanced line...

I believe these are really thick spanners the ones I bought a few years back using the open end I have noticed the jaws look like they're flexing which is a little scary.

There is better brands out there for the same if not cheaper.

Yeah in uk for long pattern you want be looking at Stahlwille and Toptul
stahlwille open box 14 is world class quality wrench and set ordered online can be very cheap for what is some of best spanners made .
Toptul longs are really long and again amazing truck tool type quality at no more than those signet ones.
Halfords is pretty weak on tools, range very limited and I not seen long pattern wrenches in the range ...

This is something that i do use outside of basic combo and part of an advanced tool set. A quite a few times i find myself reaching for them as the "right" tool for the job. Sometimes on the front of car engines and working on machinery.
It's something not everyone needs, it's not in the first tools class, it could be for special apps but most serious tool collectors and professionals have a set,, maybe 2 like I do. Mine are old cman and brutally tough.
Cman makes 2 different sets or 1 big one with a different size on the big end.
I don't even own a set of stubby, I cut off an old 1 or 2 when there was no other way, really rare for me not to be able to use something common.
Same for sockets, a thousand common ones, only a few speial, not every one they ever invent.

I have tubing wrenches, a small set of snap 6 flanks, a small set of C jaw deals with a hinge on them that are used on rare occasion, the longs and really only recently a set of ratchet from Sears that are again used rarely as problem solvers and about 500 common combo that are the workhorses. In impact it is all 1/2, used a lot.
If I was a real specialist wouldn't be scared to add omething I used regular.
