looking at getting the sk long pattern wrenches for work; about 130$ so im willing to take the risk
but i would like to know from anyone who has one or has memorized sk's catalog to tell me how long they are
i know they will be much better than my current HF long patterns; but will they be as long???

I have a few long metric to fill out a junkyard set. I went with longs as they are the same as a snap-on reg. wrench. SK makes very nice stuff. If that is a new price it is a screaming deal. Hope that helps.

Those look like the set I use. I got them from my dad after he put some years and many hours on them. I'm not sure how old the ones I have are, but if they are made the same way still, I highly recommend them.

At that price, I kind of want the set to have as a back up :)

I have the metric set and use them all the time. I pair them up with my Gearwrench ratcheting set. I love SK stuff though.

I have a set I bought many years ago. They are great wrenches. I also have the Professional wrenchs that I like better but I do no believe SK makes the Pros any more. Great wrenches.

I bought a set recently. Here is a quick picture review. I didn't measure them, but it shows how log they are compared to some other wrenches.

NOTE- The wrench set I bought had some problems. I thought it was new stock, but it actually turned out to be old stock leftover from before SK's bankruptcy. They were having some significant QC issues then.

When I called SK, they said the new production of long-pattern wrenches would start shipping at the end of October, so maybe you could find some new production somewhere. I don't know how to tell if you'd be able to get new stock. I guess it all depends what the distributor has in stock.
