I’m looking at a Bendpak HD-7W four post lift. The specs say I need a minimum of 5” thick, 2500 psi

My garage floor is spec at 4” thick, 3500 psi

Will the higher psi compensate for the thinner slab or do I need to put in thicker concrete under the pads?

My bendpak hd9-xw manual says 3.5” at 3500 psi. Worst case, you could spread the load with 2x2 steel plate under the 1x1.

Hell, I've had a 9,000 lb 2 post lift on 4" for about 10 years now. Don't know the PSI of the concrete. No problems.
