Because you know it comes with the 14 mm hex to 1/4in drive adapter by chance does anyone sell a 3/8 and 1/2 in adapter that would fit in the 112RTSMA?

EDIT: My bad. These are Astro's 11mm hex (1/4 dr size), and their 3/8 is 17mm, so no, I don't know who else uses Snap-on's 14mm.

Astro Tools 78105 5pc 1/4" Nano Drive Size Adapter Set

You might could use something like this 14mm to 3/8 dr adapter, except it employs a bell detent instead of the notches meant to hold it in an internal hex drive ratchet:

A-3-14MM Apex 14mm Socket And Ratchet Wrench Adapter, Metric
Technical Specifications
Male Square: 3/8''
Male Hex: 14mm
Overall Length: 15/16''

The Snap-on is 11mm not 14mm so the Astro will fit but won't have any retention as they don't have retaining rings.

Good catch.

I'd looked at them both, the Snap-on 112RTMA and Astro 78105 Adapter Set listings, and saw they were the same size and should work, but then after posting saw the OP had wrote "14 mm hex to 1/4in drive adapter" which got me all confused.

I didn't notice Snap-on's retaining rings at the bottom of their sockets is different than Astro's (and other's) in the middle. Perhaps these nano socket adapters by Pontiac787 in the GJ Classifieds would remedy that?

I figured. I was just mentioning that since the Astro set of adapters, as KnurledNut pointed out, "won't have any retention as they don't have retaining rings" like at the bottom of the Snap-on sockets (Astro's ratchets have a retaining ring in the middle of the ratchet and notches on the sockets) I believe you could use those 'ratcheting wrench retainer clips' to give you that retention - to keep the Astro drive adapter from slipping out of your Snap-on ratchet.

Do you think by chance I can get the ratcheting wrench retainer clips separately? If you don't know the answer I will talk to the snap-on guy and see what he says.

I think WWheeler was referring to the aftermarket wafer type that go in the square end of the socket.
If you are talking about the Snap-on retaining rings, they do sell those separately. The part number is ME7A224K for a 10 pack.
But those aren’t going to work on other brand sockets without machining a groove.

FWIW, Pontiac787's ratchet wrench retainer clips look similar, or perhaps same, as these to me.

I knew I'd seen something like them before. I can't be sure they are the same and will work the same to fit into the square drive end of the socket (or adapter) and provide a lip to keep them from slipping out of a ratcheting wrench, or that snap on hex ratchet, like Pontiac787s are shown to do in his listing, but they sure look like they just might.

Okay thanks for letting me know that
