Snap On KRA 65 B&C

Picked up a couple of these today at an auction. $14 dollars for the pair

One is a KRA 65B.

The other is a KRA 65C.

The B has a 65 on the back and the C a 77.

Are these years of production? Seem like sturdy little boxes

Didnt come with keys, anyone know the best way to get some? Contact Snap-on? Locksmith?

Depending on the lock number series are they 4 numbers or start with an LL or a Y?

Only see 3 numbers on the top of the locks.
