The lockers have a lip that hangs on the edge of the toolbox. There should be holes that line up the with holes for the handle on the box.

I have two KRL side lockers and as stated they have a reinforced lip that hangs on the top edge of the roll cab. The locker then has two holes in the inside that line up with the reinforced holes that the roll cab handle mounts in, bolts are included with the locker. Lastly, they recommend that the user drill two small pilot holes in through the very bottom lip of the locker and through the bottom lip of the roll cab for two more self tapping screws (included) for extra security. There's dimples in the steel bottom lip noting the drill locations.

i have a 1023 with hutch and both lockers.

i used a small jack under the pallet it comes on to jack it up to the same height as the roll cab and the slide it onto the lip of the roll cab with the lip on the locker.

the locker always come with door opens to to the right. its universal for left side and right side option unlike the Epiq series where there are 2 different lockers for left and right side. the KRL series if you want to put the locker on the left hand side then you have to unscrew the self tapping screws that hold the hinges in and flip the door upside down. removed the magnets and switch it to the other side of the locker. it ***** to do this because you pay so much money for a locker that should come ready to install and not have to redo the dam thing in the first place.

also with the hardware kit comes with 2 plastic washers that you put on the bottom of the locker between the locker and cab it pushing the bottom of the locker out a bit so the top end sits more flush with the hutch or top chest.

thanks for the help bud, I was reading the manual you get with the box and it was going on about drilling holes
If you want to connect the locker to the top box or put it on the side of the box without the holes for the handle you need to drill some holes.
It just depends on if you want to move the box and setup preferences.
Use a swedge nut in the hole you drill in the box so you don't have to have a nut on the box side.
