If you do not work at an industrial or professional/trade facility that has either or both a high employee count or a high $$ purchase rate, it;s likely the driver's time is not worth the stop.
It's just the 20/80 rule and most individuals or small businesses that are not tech based don't fit that.
I never took offense to that. I have access to two drivers but my third local guy who services my local mechaincs didn't feel the interest for my business even when I went to him. Thus the web site for those that can't get driver service.
