price increases usually take effect at the first of the year

Whatever they'll charge, it's well worth it!
I just stopped by AutoZone tonight and they've got Valvoline 10W-40 priced at $3.99 a quart + tax. That's expensive!!!![]()
Obama and McCain have very different approach in Growing the Economy
Obviously, middle class is the economy engine. To get the economy better, we have to start from there.
Republicans try to cut taxes for the wealthiest individuals and largest corporations and they will do what is best for the economy as a whole - the top-down, or trickle-down approach.
Democrats try to invest in bottom-up productivity-based growth by building the private sector on a solid foundation that includes providing every American with world-class education and infrastructure, affordable healthcare, markets that work dependably, incentives for investments in innovation and entrepreneurship.
Frankly I think we've tried #1 for long enough, and exhausted whatever potential it had to grow the economy. It's pretty cool to see some people want to try the failed policy for another 4 years.
we have raised prices 2times this year alone .... and yes we will raise them again in 2009... material costs keep going up...
This may sound stupid question but do prices ever go down; once they go up?

I have the wrench you are looking for--pfsxm915 in very pristine condition. I must have bought it for one special use, but am too old to remember what it was-am many years retired and am selling all my snap-on tools from many years of grease work. If I dont have it-they didnt make it.I would not expect catalog or list prices to drop, but the negotiated price you actually pay at the truck might move around both up and down depending on how things are going.
One thing to remember some times trucks pull prices out of the air. If you are not carefull you may pay more then MSRP.

It's already approaching the end of the year. Will Snap on raise their price in 2009?
I am considering to buy some new stuff from Snap on and is wondering if the shopping season is the best time to make the investment.
