Who does the warranty for you? Guy on a truck?

In my case, I'm working in a different industry compared to when I bought the screwdriver, and we don't have snap-on trucks visiting our site. Any warranty claims I'd be able to make these days, would have to be done over the internet or phone.
I have a guy that comes to the shop currently but in the past I've stopped when I saw a Snap on truck at a another shop or found the local rep and called and set up a meet.

My set of snapon instinct handles were bought a couple years after they came out. I remember using the small flat bladed one to undo a small screw used as a ground inside the compressor motor. It was like the 3rd time using it. The end broke off. I had to warranty it. What's funny is I never thought anything of it. Until now haha. But I probably wouldn't buy that set again. As mentioned as an automotive tech they aren't use very often. Mostly for maf sensors or interior pieces.

**edit** lemme clarify. If you aren't using a screwdriver like a prybar or punch or chisel, they aren't used often.
