I've found some Snap on screwdrivers do not fit well with screws. Two examples are Torx T10 and Philips #1. I thought the problem was due to the non-standard sizes of the screws, untill today when I tried to open my FH80 with my Snap on T10 screwdriver. The SO T10 is too big for the screws, although my SK or Gearwrench T10 bits fit the screws perfectly well.
I had to return my Snap on Philips #1 screwdriver. It is useless, too big for Philips #1 screws. It looks like the tip is filed too much by Snap on.
Anyone has similar experiences?
