Not sure I have ever seen anything larger than 5/8 in person.

An ebay search showed item # 323910252522 with a 3/4 open nd speed x boxed end

What are you calling a speed wrench?

I grew up calling them broken wrenches.

They make it easy to spin a brass nut off brake lines when you cannot quite turn it with your fingers.

I don't think I have seen double-ended with 3/4.

I do have a 12pt box / speed open SO wrench I'd offload if you care for one.

I just checked a SO catalog and only mm was listed speed open and ratcheting box.
I suggest get a set of double open wrenches cheap like harbor freight and make your own. Trace the pattern and proportionally adjusted the size. Could probably do it with a grinder.
