Definitely second looking for a used Pelican 0450 case on Ebay! There is a lot of used military cases that the exteriors are a bit rough on but the cases are still pretty solid!
You can also get an
Apache 5800 (HF for $100), a
CVPKG mesh lid organizer (Amazon for $43) and
CVPKG inserts (Amazon for $139), but won't have the capacity you have with the Pelican 0450 and you are still in for $280, which is close to the price for a used Pelican 0450.
If it doesn't all need to be consolidated into a single case (i.e. you aren't traveling via air with your tools), you can get Apache cases (HF's knockoff of Pelican) for pretty reasonable, get some Kaizen foam and make your own mobile / road cases.
Apache isn't Pelican quality and the plastic quality used on the latches seems to be hit or miss (some last forever, some snap within the first few months), but they do work at protecting tools from the elements. They don't have the auto air pressure equalization that Pelican has and instead just have a thumb screw with a rubber gasket, but they do work.
All depends on your needs.
If it were me and I NEEDED a single road case, I would find myself a used Pelican 0450 and then just order some CVPKG blank inserts or Kaizen foam to make my own inserts.
Just my two cents.
