I have a Snap on QJR-3250 and the ratchet head is slipping. I emailed snap on and asked if there was a repair kit available. Here is their reply:
"Hi Kelly,
Thank you for contacting us at Snap-on.
The parts for that unit are long discontinued. I do apologize for this, but
we no longer have a repair kit for this unit. There is an "A" model, but the
head is very different than the original version.
Thank you,"
So now what to do with this expensive paper weight

So should I ***** about them not having a replacement dwell meter that i have sitting in a tool box? Or a Snap On B4203 head bolt adapter? Companies don't keep an unlimited supply of everything for every tool they make. Nobody does.....
