WA State Shop Build
For the concrete I went with 6" 6.5 sack with rebar at 16" with 12' crack reducing cuts. I don't know if this was the perfect choice or not..I know I wouldn't have wanted to spend more money.
I really wanted glycol floor heat..however when I was about to pull the $12k trigger it was mid february and it was 52 degrees...and I thought...this is wasted expense at this location. I am hoping I don't regret that decision!

Plumbed for 2 bathrooms, one for shop and one for apartment.

rebar layed out, I chose to go with vapor barrier and insulation since i didn't do the floor heat.

It took 65 yards of concrete. Had to pay for winter mix even though it was 50 degrees...price was around 8300 after 7.9 tax.
