Pedro-snapon, are you a Snap-On dealer? If you are; can you please tell us the process that it takes for a dealer to warranty and send back tools to Snap-On; also, does Snap-On reject many of these and the dealer is stuck holding the bag and eating it? Why are dealers so resistant to the warranty issues and it is hard on their end to get this done? Do they get a credit towards more tools, money back for the cost of the replaced item or some other process to get money for the broken stuff..... sorry, for so many questions but this is one of the main issues with my Snap-On guy; hell, he's rejected so much stuff, I feel uncomfortable, guilty and almost embarrassed even asking for warranty stuff at this point! I'm not a money making customer and thats probably the issue.... Can we send stuff into Snap-On corporate, I would love to bypass my dealer all together... :)

I don't think it's the corporation that's the problem. My dealer has warrantied all sorts of stuff without thinking twice, and she's told me she never has a problem. Hell, I broke tips for a punch she didn't sell, bought some replacements from her, and she told me to put the old broken ones in the package and return them the next week, and she would warranty them and give me two spares.:wtf:

The previous dealer to our shop was a royal pain in the ***. He wouldn't warranty anything.
