If your Gearwrench rail came with a socket set, you are correct, though. It is identical to the Carlyle/Husky we are talking about. And if not, it may match a different Carlyle/Husky product. One of the things I've noticed is that many vendors sell several different styles of socket rails, so you have to be very deliberate when you are looking.
For instance, Lowes sells both the Carlyle/Husky and the VIM/Wright. They also sell a third kind of rail, a flat, all metal one, that is merchandised with clips mounted onto both sides. I've seen another type there, also, possibly the clips-in-a-metal-rectangle style.
