Socket swap thread?

Pretty sure it was this forum that I found a thread to post extra/unneeded sockets to give/swap with other members. I've looked and looked and can't find that thread. Was this a GJ thread or is the Alzheimer's kicking in? If so can someone please post a link? I have extras that I'd like to offer up as well as look for a couple that I'm missing. Thanks in advance for the help.

That would be great!!! And yes, it is Craftsman stuff I need. Shoot me a pm on what you need and I'll check to see if I have it. I know that I have some extra SnapOn sockets also. If interested, I'd be fine with trading the extra SnapOn sockets for Craftsman. I like all of my tool sets to match. I'm weird like that. lol I'm a Craftsman fan even if it's not the USA made stuff it used to be.

BTW.....here's a list of the Craftsman sockets I'm missing if anyone has an extra they'd be willing to part with:

3/8 drive, 6-point shallow: 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 3/4, 15/16, 1", 17mm, 19mm, 20mm

3/8 drive, 6-point deep: 9mm, 11, 13, 15, 20

Any particular series? I'll take a look at my extras for the 17 and 19mm sockets.

Renchi, I'll check for a -G- 10mm as well. Unfortunately I can't help with any of the inch, deep or 1/2" drive stuff (I don't even own any deep or 1/2" drive).

I myself have been looking for the following - 3/8" Drive 6 Point -V- Series:
16mm (43570)
18mm (43579)

a 9mm socket or box wrench is the most useless tool in my box/ and seems to be the only size that I have never lost/ never had a 20mm and in a socket I cant say that I have ever missed one. Now a 20mm open end I do find use for occasionally, the 80s and 90s GM fuel filters... I have made do with a crescent wrench for those, to date.

I have an extra of the 17 you need. I'm missing a 3/8 shallow 6 point 10 & a 1/4 deep 6 point 8. I also have extra sets of metric & sae 1/2 12 point shallow if you have anything interesting.
