Is anyone still making these? I'm really after an 8mm but would buy a whole set.
The Craftsmans seem to be NLA

Not exactly:
Proto: https://www.zoro.com/static/cms/product/large/Z_x1r_ncpEx_.JPG
MAC used to have them, maybe still does. Gearwrench makes a set like the Proto's
Snap On (and I'm sure others) has low profile sockets or you can make your own if you have access to a surface grinder.
I'm honestly not entirely sure what's in that pic....what's the black button in the center? Like a spring loaded ejector, or?
I'm genuinely curious, just not familiar with the product. Do you have a Proto part #? Or a GW part #? Failing that what would they call these? I wouldn't know what search terms to use on the GW site....
edit: I've faced sockets in the lathe, no need for a surface grinder
The three on the left appear to be wrench square drive adapters. The button on top I would imagine would be the "quick" release button.
Here it is, this appears to be the set PROTO Socket Adapter Set and the last one on the right is a 1/4 bit adapter. Pretty cool idea that one.

I got a set of 8-19mm free when I got a set of ringstop wrenches (I must the be the last person in the world that loves ringstop ratcheting wrenches as long as I also have normal ones).
Part number 22978 from Mobile Distributor Supply gets you an 8-19mm set for $11.98 plus shipping according to their site. The ones I received are 12pt and the same size top hex as the bottom 12pt socket.

I also got a set of these with my new ratcheting wrenches, and they're great.
Still trying to figure out how to organize them though, I might just need to make a wooden stand/holder, either with pegs or with recesses.
