Sorry for the dumb question, guys, but wtf is "COO", which I keep reading on GJ?

My guess - Country Of Origin (where it's made).

Best way to defeat ignorance, ask away. I've always learned more by keeping a closed mouth and an open mind.Sorry for the dumb question,
COO may refer to:
* Country of origin
* Certificate of origin, used in international trade
* Chief operating officer or chief operations officer, high ranking corporate official
* Cell of origin (telecommunications)
* Carboxylate, type of anion
* Cobalt(II) oxide, chemical with formula of CoO.
* Cadjehoun Airport (IATA Code: COO), in Cotonou, Benin
* Calgary Olympic Oval, Canadian ice rink
* coo, the call of pigeons
* Summer Days with Coo, a 2007 Japanese animated film
you are correct
Nos = new old stock
IIRC = if i remember correctly
IMHO = in my honest opinion or in my horrable opinion depending on the person![]()

I'm with mjozefow...no need to apologize. We are all here to help eachother out.

A COO is when you tie the President up with duct tape and take over the country.![]()

Actually it is "coup" short for coup d’etat

Oh boy! Have fun with that.Good thread Lump; I also need a refresher on these and I always learn something. I've been thru the school of hard knocks and the GARAGE JOURNAL (GJ) provides much learning without busting my knucles.
Now for the knucle busting, I have to leave and go install a traction belt on a John Deere GT275 mower that will be a new experence.
