I use ez red wrench extenders. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007QV5WG8/?tag=atomicindus08-20. There dirt cheap and work. Plus you can create different angles w/ them. I used them to break a lower thermostat housing bolt loose on a gm 3.1 v6. I daisy chained a 12mm long pattern to a stubby 13mm that was on bolt. I put the wrenches together at a right angle for clearance.

Longer wrench or just grab the next size up wrench and double wrench it. way cheaper then buying that thing.

Sorry I'm lost! How do they work?
so whats a breaker bar for or that cheater pipe that fits all three sizes eliminating the need to buy three of those. And what 46 year mechanic has only craftsman or did he not want to risk the good tools?
