I did a google search with GJ in the search. The newest thread I found was 9 years old. I love Kroil, but my biggest ***** is that the can will seemingly always run out of propellant before I run out of Kroil. I have punched a hole in the cans and put them in a hand sprayer form HD. They always **** the bed before I finish using the Kroil. Granted I’m sure it was the least expensive choice (I don’t remember to be honest) that didn’t last. Is there a sprayer that will handle a solvent type oil? I remember WD-40 had their own sprayers, but if I recall they didn’t last that long. I’m thinking a metal Oiler with a hand pump might be my best bet, but not sure how easy you can squirt the Kroil.

I use a sure shot atomizer myself. Have had it for years now with no issues. I get Kroil by the gallon...

Probably something like sureshot will work for you. You’ll need a small pump or compressor to pressurize it, but even a tire inflator should be able to do that.

Kroil damages the seal around the nozzle at the top of the can. Then, all of the propellant gradually leaks out. You'd think they would use a seal on their can that is resistant to their product.

I've used a lot of Kroil and really don't think it is some sort of miracle product. I think Liquid Wrench or PB Blaster works just as well and is also readily available.

Have you tried a sprayer you can pressurize with a compressor? I've used models such as the one in the link below for years with solvents, no issues. Plenty of sources have similar models.

I’ve tried both of the ones you have named as well as CRC penetrating oils, freeze off, and a BG branded one. I’ve had good luck with Kroil, that’s all I can say! Thanks for the input.

Agreed, I'm a member of the Kroil Cult. And ignore the straw man argument that "it's not a miracle product". No one is claiming miracles, it just works really well.

Have you tried the smaller 10oz can. I have the 10 oz can, it's almost gone and I haven't had any problems with the propellant.

I just punch a hole or rip the lid off and put it in one of these. Dont needa get all fancy and ****.
Although i do rip out the extending tube. Sometimes.

Edit: when they are empty. I dont mix it....
And to add... all "penetrating" fluids work the same IMO
Thats, PEN, kem-a-loose, kroil, , liquid wrench, etc.

I've also found Kroil to work better than competitor products. I'm totally sold.

I've usually not had the aerosol cans **** out on me until there's only a tiny bit left. I just dump that bit in a mason jar and use it for soaking stuff PRN.

I use the plastic WD40 spray bottle with Kroil in it. I’ve had one for years, no issues.

I’d go with the WD40 bottle or a sure shot. OReilly’s has a a shire shot copy called a Vaper that is a little cheaper.
