I'm looking to rid of some of my standing racks to free up floor space. Was hoping to get input on anyone's experience using restaurant-style stainless wall shelving, as seen here:

A 12"x48" shelf runs about $70 on Amazon. These seem perfect for oils, detailing supplies, spray chemicals, etc. I currently have wire rack shelves and have found it difficult to keep cans and such from falling over without a piece of cardboard or similar underneath. My thought process is that these shelves would not only eliminate a rack (or two), but allow for easy clean up. What am I missing here?
