I suppose that depends on what tools/skills/materials you have available.
Make a plywood box and paint it any color you want.
Weld together angle-iron pieces to make an 'industrial' riser.
Get a couple of book cubes from IKEA
Make one out of strut and cover it with any decorative panel you want.
Make one out of 2x4's and cover it with any decorative panel you want (plywood? dry wall? recycled pallet wood, cloth, sheet metal, any material with a vinyl wrap on it, fake bricks, tile).
Use 1/4" steel rod to make a can holder (you place the new cans at the top and take the older cans out of the bottom, to restock the fridge).
Any stiff material with 4" holes in it to make a wine rack.
Buy another of the same mini fridge, keep drinks for guests in it, put your fridge on the top, with the drinks you like.
A stanley vidmar / Lista cabinet of drawers.
4 decorative planter pots with a board across the top (or simply turn them upside down and place each foot of the fridge on one pot).
Have your local firewood supplier cut a section of a very large log, exactly the correct height.
A BUNCH of legos, in any shape or height you want.
a coffee table or entertainment center (there will be more room than you need for the fridge...so do something decorative with the rest of it).
Build a wooden book case with a spot for the fridge.
Make a stand from any vintage engine, ****** or racing wheel you like.
Bolt it to an engine stand.
A small, folding table, with a table cloth on it.
stack sandbags underneath it, paint it camouflage and display your vintage military gear and guns next to it.
There are any number of adjustable-height end tables at Restoration Hardware.
build a sturdy shelf, lag the shelf to studs and set the fridge on it.
Use threaded rod or cables to suspend a shelf from the ceiling.
That's it..running out of steam...post pics of whatever you build.
