started my Epoxy-Coat install today
the weather this week finally cooperated with no rain & decent temps, so i started the Epoxy-Coat install today. everything went well except for one small area that fish-eyed where something was deep in the slab & wouldn't clean up. not sure what it was as the floor was previously coated with u-coat-it, but no telling with the fire what may have occurred with that spot. the flakes tend to hide the spot pretty well & i'm pleased with the product. the floor looks great for a cracked up, beat to death 14 yr old slab that has been thru a fire (& very nearly a tornado last thurs. had one hit about a block over...) i'll start the clearcoat tomorrow...
