My sanding kit that amazon price matched showed up today. Guy i online chatted with gave me free 1 day shipping for my inconvenience. Just waiting for the return label for the backing pad
I dont get it. Why do they have an A+ BBB rating if EVERY single review and complaint is negative?????

After getting the same message back from autoplicity about the item not being in stock I opened up a chat with amazon. They offered to refund my money and I would just re-order the sander (but at normal price). I informed them of the price difference and they said the do not price match their sellers.
I stated I had two friends that were able to have it price matched. She spoke to her supervisor and offered to refund half the difference. I told her I would prefer to pay the price I paid the other day and was not happy about the seller lying to both myself and amazon about the item being out of stock. I sent her the link to autoplicity where it showed they have 40 in stock.
She then offered me a price match, I ordered it from amazon and she is going to credit me the difference once the sander ships out.
Should be here on Monday.

That's probably more the case than my answer lol.

This thread makes me very curious what they will drop ship me for ordering that SK tool box top. Maybe a plastic kids toy of one, along with a note from the owner?
Filed an A-Z claim over the weekend and received the return label this morning. They supposedly issue the refund as soon as the item is received by the shipper, so this should be wrapped up tomorrow after I drop off at UPS.
They listed the SK box AGAIN at $25.34.. you would think that they would have pulled the listing if there was such a problem.

lol ya same here. supposedly my ticket has been "escalated to a supervisor", but I think that is just an automated response. waiting to see what they write for an excuse this time
I actually ordered 2 of these boxes so far, just for shits and giggles. Both have been "shipped" with no tracking number. The first one "didn't pass their quality control" and they are "looking into it".
The box is discontinued from SK, so obviously they're not shipping us one from SK. My bet is they're just gonna keep giving us excuses until we file a complaint and cancel the order.
I don't know why it takes them so long to "check with the warehouse"..
That sounds more promising than the sander guys though...
Agreed.. but the problem is, the box is discontinued lol. I'm surprised they haven't said anything about the fact that we only paid $25. It would cost them at least 3 times that much just to ship it lol
