Steam Humidifier Recommendation?

I'm looking for input/recommendations on steam humidifiers for our 5500 square foot home. We have two heat pump HVAC systems (York brand) with one system (8 SEER) for the main level and full basement and one for the second level (16 SEER), both redone 5 years ago. Our master bedroom is on the main level, and the lower level is used sparingly, and the second level is used only when we have guests.

The house which was built in 1999 by the original owner just before energy efficiency seemed to become important to most people, so it wasn't sealed as well as would be expected today. While I'd like to be able to go back in time to see the construction done to make sure all the entry points for air infiltration were properly sealed, I don't think that's happening anytime soon.

So we've had two desktop ultrasound humidifiers to help get more humidity, and about the best we can get is around 27% humidity, and I'm getting tired
of having to constantly refill and clean. Can any HVAC techs recommend a whole house steam humidifier system? Thanks.

Dri-Steem is the best name in steam humidifiers.

I am partial to Stulz in ultrasonic humidifiers. (the Stulz requires a RO/ DO tanks to prevent minerals building up on the transducers)

Honeywell True steam...never have a problem with mine. And Honeywell is a brand that leads the industry and has been around for ever. The only maintenance has been clean with vinegar one per season and change sediment/scale filter every couple years. Zero probelems in 6yrs owned!

If you already have the HE220 Bypass Flow Through Humidifier would it be easy to upgrade to the Honeywell True Steam? I am tired of the filter and would love to use less water if it uses less.

Oh never mind. After reading the reviews on the True Steam on this YouTube video I have concerns.
