There is so many buildings advertised that I don't know what to pick.
Not only that,, there are countless features and options. Its like a lot of things that one goes thru so rarely in life its easy to make mistakes. A lot of them hard to fix. All the way from site planning.
I saw a university extension plan or 2 that are probably better than nothing but I can say for sure from looking down on the drawing the human traffic flow is wrong and would be modified,,, or not,,, some don't change,,, but had some real areas confused and cluttered,,, the last thing I want to walk past every time I enter is a drill press with shavings.
I know this, did it, ha, seen it done and lived with a lot of self made problems. Once I really realized I could do makeovers and move things from the first place they landed it made a difference. I can still feel some change I make wont be "perfect" so I can do it again if it matters.
Hence,,, the big stuff, the shop itself, electric next to real demands as much as possible. You become an interference fitter once its under way but I try to get water feed, electric stubbed up to the other side of the building or anywhere I know I got to go under or over. Put another panel or 3 in the place, it allows for welding service anywhere and reduces a huge amount of branch runs and having or wanting to compensate for voltage drop and resistance in piping,,, is easy to lay under as floor and hard and slow to hang.
