I'm still trying to decide if you're just yanking my chain for fun, or if my hints are too subtle! :) Let me be more direct. I am ignoring everything after this...
Lugz, thank you!
..., but I am eager to read your opinion on the topic, tangential to the subject of this thread, as well as the replies it may or may not prompt, on the 'Physics of Tools Debate' thread! :)

Here is another grab from Sunday's flea run a Stiletto by Superform Parrot Jaw pliers. Stiletto is a brand I sorta chase to gather historical information about who their suppliers were ( house brand of yada yada, see above), and seeing this tool also prominently marked by Superform (an Oakland company that I already own 1 of their Parrot Jaws from a 2019 find), no way was I leaving it behind.

The older set is boxed up right now, will try to grab it later to add more pix here.

Here is a perfect handle screwdriver I spotted on eBay. The price was more than I was willing to spend but I captured some screenshots for this thread. IMG_9392.jpegIMG_9393.jpegIMG_9394.jpegIMG_9395.jpeg

I cleaned up the Stiletto Phillips screwdriver I found at an estate sale yesterday. The patent number indicates that it was made after 1949. The license number indicates manufacture by Bridgeport.
As found.IMG_7599.jpeg

I was going to leave this abused cold chisel behind on the free table at today’s garage sale until I spotted the Stiletto marking. I’ll get it cleaned up and sharpened soon.
