I made one out of galvanized pipe. Attached a flange to the side of a wood shelf unit, screwed a 12"piece of pipe into it,slipped on a rollof towels then added an elbow and a cap to keep it from sliding off. Cheap and sturday as can be.

I literally just ordered this. Have one at work and haven’t been able to locate another one. Finally saw this thread and the link still works. Will be here Sunday.Just bought one of these and it works well. Bought it at lowes. It's easy to change and because it can only be loaded from top (the spring loaded tabs prevent roll coming out from bottom) it the roll can't pop out when pulling on the roll for a sheet.
