Sub Panel from a Sub Panel

I am in the planning stages of wiring my machines in a space that has no heavy power near by in the building. The main panel is roughly 200 feet to the area and there is a sub panel about 80 feet away. The sub is 200 Amps 480 volts. I have 9 machines that can run 480 and one machine that would be difficult to change from 240, that one will be on a transformer.

Using the two highest consumers as a worst case I have an 85 amp load with a 125% rating on both. I was thinking of running a 100 amp feed from the sub panel to another local sub panel in the space where the machines will be. In addition to the machine worst case I will have a 15 KVA transformer to provide low voltage for my one machine and, lighting / wall receptacles.

Is this good practice or am I overlooking something?

Should work fine. What's your electrician say about it? Of course your going to have another main breaker panel running off the transformer right?

Yes,

I will have a panel off the transformer. As far as an electrician; I am doing most of the work myself. This is kind of a temporary set up in space that will eventually become offices. The space where the machines will ultimately go is being rebuilt with higher ceilings, crane and new floor.
