Swing Out Carriage Door Openers - Any Experience?

Im looking for some recommendations for a way to open my carriage doors automatically. This seems to be more of a European scenario so searches are not showing much but these two options are what I can find. Wondering if anyone has experience with either of these or could advise a better route. Each option seems very dated...

*I have a lift directly in front of the carriage doors so the Reelcraft track system options are not viable as the track would be in the way.

Yea that is one of the few real world installs I have stumbled across. I actually pm'd the author to see if he would recommend going this way. Not sure if he's still active on here but I'll keep this thread up to date if I end up going this way in case others are looking for info in the future.

Couldn't a motorized gate opener be adapted? Or, rather, a pair of them?

I was thinking that too but what I am finding is the problem with "gate" openers is that most are designed to be swing in applications whereas I need the doors to swing out. I found some that swing out as well but it looks like the operator for those are intended to be mounted on the exterior which wouldn't be ideal for this.

Could use liniar actuators. Does not have the safety features of a commercial unit. A couple MOVs could shut down in a stall situation.

Trying to visualize how a gate opener works--been a couple of decades since I last installed one. Seems that one should be able to turn a swing-in to a swing out by reversing the wires on the limit switches?

Maybe I'll walk over--slowly, it's 97out--and take a look at the neighbor's.
